Because of his Indonesian roots, Butch was exposed to traditional Indonesian spices and flavors at a young age, sparking a lifelong love of complex and aromatic spices that is evident in his bold and flavorful dishes.
He's particularly known for hosting last minute (and late night) Indonesian-styled dinner parties. While pushing the limits of spiciness, serving 10 different dishes and spending the whole day in the kitchen, things get mostly a little out of control.
