Step 1
Cook the green peas for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water

Add the green peas, garlic, mint leaves, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Blend the ingredients until they are finely chopped, scraping down the sides if necessary.
